With or without blocking that is the question.

The saddle on the left is with blocking - The Caliente. The saddle on the right is without - The Liberty. (The Liberty has the saddle sox on.)

The blocking takes up a bit of front thigh room, so if you have larger thighs or want more room then go with the Liberty.

If you want more of a snug feeling / locked in or if you have smaller thighs then the Caliente would be a good choice.
