Email Correspondence From Mr. Kai Klee stating in his words that he has MY money and will NOT deliver Product.  What a shame.

To this CURRENT DATE  I have still not received any correspondence from Mr. Klee or his so called attorneys and I am still waiting for my money back.

 thatīs not the complete story. Cathy has paid for 6 saddles we wonīt deliver  but count the value against our claims for damage.

 

 And we will claim much more money for damage than she has left on money here. But thatīs the job of the attorneys. They got my instructions and will handle that themselve. I have more important things to do than wasting my time with Tauer.

 

And Tauer knows what she did ( and still is doing ) and what the result of  this can be. Did you recognize that she changed her business to a LLC ?  But that wonīt help her for the past.  But anyway. I told her attorney that i look at Tauer like on a pimple on the  nose: tiresome but with time it will dissapear.

 YES!  I'm a now legitimate business - separate from my husbands farming. I had to do that to set up Hill View Farms as a Publishing company.  I’m writing a book and I also got the name Hill View Farms as a registered Trademark.

 I find it most curious that Mr. Klee watches my web site so closely.  He  does quite a bit of plagiarism and I'm sure that he is using my work like he has done with Len Brown and Lisa Davis Browns work on his web site. So Sad.

 I'm glad to hear that he acknowledges that he owes me money.  I have no clue what he means by  damages?   I retail products from various manufacturers as he himself wrote in an early email he that he sent out stating that dealers could sell what ever saddles they wanted to.  I just picked a different supplier for the saddles.
