Natural Sea Sponges: At last REAL sponges. I’ve
used both real and synthetic sponges over the years and until you have
used a REAL sponge you do not know what you are missing! These sponges
are commercially raised and collected. There are several different types
of sponges on the market. I’ve selected two types in two sizes 6-7 in.
perfect for small hands and 8-9 in. for larger hands. After several
lengthy tests, we could not decide on just one or just one size - they
both had their merits- so we carry both species and two sizes. The
yellow sponge is firmer than the wool sponge, moderately absorbent and
durable. This sponge has scrubbing power, great for a horse’s body and
legs. The wool sponge, hands down, is the softest, most pliable and
absorbent sponge available. It is the uncontested champion of all
natural sponges in performance. It is superb for the horse’s face and
