From SAND to SNOW, from MUD to BOGS.  The Mobi-Mat PERFORMS

HORSE lots - at Our Farm. 

During the Spring thaw in the north land lots can be HORRIBLE.

The way our lot drains require us to walk through a  dip or depression to get out to the field or pastures for the horses and for us to take hay out to the bunks.  It also requires the horses to walk through this area to get to the barn and to water. 

 This dip was designed for water run off during high rains so that water does not flow into the barn, lean or loafing area. 

Unfortunately this dip is a pain in the ass come spring.  This mucky mess is a nightmare for us to walk though, haul manure out to the pile and to feed the horses hay in the out side bunks.  The horses too must walk daily back and forth through this mess to get into the barn or loafing area and for water.  This muck causes stress on tendons and makes their feet a crusty mess. 

In comes the MOBI MAT.  I laid the mat down on the way to the feed bunks.  I did not anchor it down as I did not know how the horses would react.  Lucy was the first to come up to it and paw, others followed.  Then came the chewing and tasting.  Then came the walking across it.  Wonderful. You can see just how wonderful  - this mat works. 

Neither horses or humans sink into the muck.  This mat reminds me of those gargantuan lily pads that are 6 to 8 feet across that water foul and small mammals can walk across.  This is exactly what this mat is designed to do, provide mobile access to otherwise inaccessible areas, that is light weight and a BREEZE to move around.  WAY COOL and  No more SLOP for us or the horses.  They now the horses use this BRIDGE daily and line up to cross.
